  • Identify Market opportunities and Vacant markets
  • Make initial retailer contact through visits
  • Identify each potential retailer requirement
  • Formulate sales potential according to beat & retailer needs
  • Negotiate prices, rates and variations in market or competition
  • Manage good retailer account and expansion distribution activities
  • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
  • Relationships within the market, retailer and distributor
  • Develop detailed territory plans, information, opportunity
  • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of milk and milk products
  • Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made
  • Research market trends, competition and products
  • Regular meetings with potential top retailers
  • Objections handling ability & knowledge
  • Distributor handling, ensure timely product delivery & payments collection
  • Check & aware quantity and quality of products prior to delivery in retail
  • Record & analyzes sales information and maintain retailer’ records
  • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
  • Review self-performance with a view to improve it
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training and establishing personal networks
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Report sales through CRM on a daily basis
  • Distribution Channel management
