Osam is a new-age dairy brand headquartered in Ranchi, reaching out to homes across Jharkhand and Bihar.

Within a short span of 10 years, Osam has become a household name for quality milk and milk products. Founded by first-generation entrepreneurs with a professional track record, Osam is Jharkhand’s first-ever food brand to be funded by marquee Indian and global investors.

Osam collects milk from 40,000 small farmers across 1,000 villages in Bihar, Jharkhand and Bengal, and reaches out to 3 lakh customers through a distributor base of over 400, and a retail presence at 19,000 trade counters.

Cows come home to roost, not really! no they bring happiness, 1500 customers, 1 crore revenue, profitability in the first year

We set up our first processing plants, we are now known as – ‘OSAM’

Abhinav has built Osam from scratch, with a clear vision of making Osam the largest private sector dairy brand in Eastern India. Abhinav reimagines larger goals into actionable time-bound steps. He clearly believes that Osam can become a great brand if the enitre team keeps working with passion, constant innovation and a desire to reinvent the brand every passing day.

Harsh's fondness for food drives him in ensuring that quality food products reach every consumer. Customers are at the heart of Harsh's philosophy, and he guides all of us to ensure that we keep providing our customers tasty, nutritious and value-for-money products .

Konda Balakrishna Reddy

COO

Mr. Konda Balakrishna Reddy oversees Operations, Production, and Project Management at Dodla Dairy. A dairy technologist by profession with an Indian Dairy Diploma from NDRI–Bangalore, he brings over 40 years of extensive and productive experience in senior leadership roles across the Dairy Industry.

His career spans key positions in well-established dairy organizations, where he has successfully led large teams, strengthened operational systems, and driven continuous improvements in production efficiency. In addition to his core responsibilities, he also holds the position of Secretary of the Indian Dairy Association (Telangana State Chapter).

Mr. Reddy’s vast industry knowledge, technical expertise, and strong leadership contribute significantly to enhancing our performance and implementing modern, efficient management practices across all operational processes within our organization.

Kanwal Kapoor

Associate Vice President (Procurement)

Kanwal is involved in developing the farmer’s network across the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal for procuring high-quality raw milk. The effective milk collection network that he has created along with instant chilling arrangements and an efficient transportation system helps us source the right quality of raw milk to manufacture quality milk products. Kanwal has also initiated the efforts for creating an efficient sales network for rural marketing of milk products. His efforts have already started showing good results.

Neha Aggarwal

Associate Vice President (Finance)

Neha is a chartered accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in business analysis, financial management and strategic decision-making. She is adept at managing complex financial processes, providing comprehensive analysis, and offering innovative solutions to optimize business performance. With a solid track record in driving organizational success, Neha specializes in flawless financial reporting, budget forecasting, process development and compliance.
